Due to the retirement of the Directors and with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) permission, Element Hinton Ltd closed for business at the end of 2025. May we take this opportunity to thank all our clients sincerely for your loyalty and trust over the years. It has been a privilege to support you in managing your financial affairs. 

As part of our commitment to ensure you continue to receive high-quality financial advice, we recommend that you appoint with Paladin Ltd. Their Managing Director, Lee Clarkson, as many of our clients already know, has acted as our Investment Adviser for the last 3 years. Subject to your agreement, Lee and Paladin will provide any future advice through this Company, Paladin, (Paladin) a trading style of PI Financial Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA reference number 186419). 

Lee/Paladin will continue to operate part of their business from the existing Element Hinton Ltd address and use the same landline phone number of 01543 548009. Paladin also have offices in Lichfield. We are also delighted to confirm that Lisa Walker who you may have spoken to many times over the last 9 years, will remain working for Lee and Paladin. For the forseable future, Richard Hinton will also continue to act as a consultant for Paladin and will be happy to attend your review meetings where required.
